Less planning, more meeting

Forty-two messages become one clear answer.

No manually comparing calendars, converting a friend's local time or forcing every answer into a strict yes or no.

Three simple steps

Making plans should be easier than discussing them.

The bot works inside a Telegram group. It doesn't need admin rights or access to ordinary chat messages.

01

Add the bot

Add Soberemsya to your friends' chat and send /when.

02

Mark your time

Everyone selects hours over the next seven days as “definitely free” or “if needed”. Recurring weekdays can be pinned.

03

Propose the meetup

Compare meetup lengths, pick a window and optionally add a reminder. The bot collects RSVPs in the group chat.

24

One grid for the whole day

Mark hours from 00:00 through 23:00 without separate morning, evening or night modes.

Different time zones

Everyone sees local time while every match refers to the same real-world moment.

More than yes or no

A softer “if needed” option helps when there isn't one perfectly convenient window.

7

The next seven days

A new day appears automatically, and familiar schedules can repeat on chosen weekdays.

Compare meetup lengths

See whether shortening the meetup brings more people in, or whether the same group can stay longer.

The plan stays in chat

Guests answer going, maybe or can't make it. The creator can cancel, and the bot can send a reminder.

The useful details

Questions before the first meetup.

Do I have to add the bot to a group?

For shared availability, yes. Add the bot to a Telegram group and send /when so the invitation, replies and final plan stay together.

What does an unmarked hour mean?

Until someone selects any time for a date, they are treated as not replied. Once they reply, the other hours on that date are treated as unavailable for them.

How do time zones work?

Everyone marks and sees time in their own time zone. The app compares all participants against the same real-world moment.

Does the bot read messages?

No. It only needs commands, button actions and the availability people intentionally submit in the Mini App.

Can a proposed meetup be cancelled?

Yes. The person who proposed it can cancel it from the meetup card, and the bot will notify the group.

Is it free?

Finding a common time and planning meetups are free. Telegram Stars support is optional, unlocks nothing and never changes the app's capabilities.

Let the meetup happen before the planning thread ends.
